VoIP Features: Call Waiting / Caller ID Manager

Description
This feature will allow a user to determine the redirection point of incoming calls while on the phone to another caller.

It is the user's discretion, based upon viewing the Caller ID of the incoming call, to redirect the call to voice mail, an on-hold announcement or an announcement that asks the caller to please call them back at a later time.

This is only available if the user already has another active call when the incoming call arrives.

Implementation
This feature is enabled by the Service Provider and can be invoked when active on one call and another call rings in.

Press 1 to send the waiting call to your voice mailbox or No Answer condition.

Press 2 to connect the incoming call to an announcement that asks them to please hold.

Press 3 to connect the incoming call to an announcement that asks them to please call you back at a later time.

Availability:
  This feature can be used on both Ethernet and Analog phones.
