VoIP Features: Call Waiting

Description
This feature will allow the user to put one call on hold while answering a second call. Alternating between calls is possible. Additional callers to your line will receive a busy signal or follow busy forwarding, if configured.

Implementation
This feature can be initiated on a single line phone, by pressing the switch-hook or Flash toggling between calls. On multi-line phones, the line key of the ringing call can be pressed, which will answer the call and put the original call on hold.

To cancel call waiting, on an Analog or Ethernet phone, press *70 and dial the number. Call waiting is cancelled on a per-call basis.

Availability
  This feature can be used on both Ethernet and Analog phones.
