Description
If the telephone number is not blocked by the calling party, this feature will dial the number of the last incoming call received by the telephone.

This feature, when initated, is recorded in CDR records with the start time, calling party number and called party number.

Implementation
When enabled, user's can go off-hook, dial *69 and the last number that called them will be dialed.
