VoIP Features: Call Forward No Answer

Description
If no one answers the telephone after a designated amount of ring seconds, this feature will forward the incoming call to either an internal or external number.

Implementation
To Override Call Forward No Answer destinations defined by the Service Administrator, enter 78# the forwarding number, then #.

To Cancel Call Forward No Answer enter 79#.

Availability
  This can also be configured via Web Portal or the telephone instrument for both Analog and Ethernet telephones.
