Description
This feature will forward incoming calls to an internal or external destination in the event all the user lines are tied up. The destination in this case might be an assistant, voice mail or operator.
Implementation
To override the destination defined by the Service Administrator enter 76# and the number to forward to, then #.
To cancel forwarding on busy enter 77#.
Availability
Call Forward Busy destinations can be configured via Web Portal or the Ethernet or Analog telephone instrument. |
